1.Goto Blogger >Template >Edit Html > Check ‘ Expand Widgets Template ‘
2.Before doing any changes on your Template,Always don’t forgot to BACKUP you template,so that you wont lose your prev template.

3.Find the code below :

It Looks like :

title tag,image,blogger

4. Copy below code and Replace with the above Code

 

<title><data:blog.title/></title>
<b:else/>
<title><data:blog.pageName/> | <data:blog.title/></title>

It must look like this after the change:

title tag,blogger,seo,change

5. Save your Template !
