The buzz for Windows 8 – the all new shiny operating system from Microsoft has already begin,and its talks are going everywhere..So here i like to talk a bit about this.

We have PC’s ,Laptops that most probably runs Windows 7 ,so inorder to install windows 8 ,do we have to upgrade any hardwares ?

Students mostly have Laptops as they bought for educational purpose ,ofcourse few % have PC’s though..

  • 1 GB RAM (32-bit) or 2 GB RAM (64-bit)
  • 16 GB available hard disk space (32-bit) or 20 GB (64-bit)
  • DirectX 9 graphics device with WDDM 1.0 or higher driver
This is the actual requirements that windows needs from any new or ageing system must have with it.One of the note from MS states that Windows 8 is mainly designed to run on “Low Powered Devices” more efficiently than Windows 7.

So,you no need to worry about Whether you have tablet or netbook,because it runs perfect on these devices! Also, Windows 8 may soon replace Windows 7 with its greater features,improved performances,lighter and shinny looks.
All i can say is,Let us try Windows 8 !
